Our Doctor

After graduating with an M.B.B.S, Dr Ivan Puah furthered his studies in the field of dermatology and obtained a Graduate Diploma in Family Dermatology.  With an avid interest in body sculpting, aesthetics, regenerative medicine and traditional chinese medicine, he started Amaris B. Clinic and it has since established itself as a facility for people who are looking to enhance their looks and self confidence.

Dr Puah constantly upgrades himself by attending workshops, international conferences and courses. Trained in laserlipolysis in Italy, he was one of the pioneering doctors to introduce Smartlipo in Singapore.  Being always on the forefront to bring in the latest fat removal technique, Dr Puah attended Vaser full body sculpting and Vaser Assisted High Definition Liposculpture (VAHDL) surgical training and courses in U.S.A and Argentina. He was personally trained by well-known Columbian plastic surgeon, Dr Alfredo Hoyos, who pioneered VAHDL.  He is also one of the first few doctors in Singapore to be Vaser certified to perform Liposelection when it was first launched.  In 2006, Dr Puah has the privilege of being trained by French renowned plastic surgeon, Dr. Pierre Francois Fournier, on syringe fat grafting and liposculpture, autologous collagen, APTOS thread and Curl lift in Singapore.

Not wanting to be complacent with the medical services he can offer to his patients, Dr Puah studied acupuncture for 1½ years at the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Singapore).  He graduated with a Diploma in Acupuncture and is a certified acupuncturist with Traditional Chinese Practitioners Board, Singapore.   Dr Puah hopes that he can incorporate all that he has learnt in Eastern and Western medicine in his practice so as to benefit a wider group of people cosmetically and therapeutically.

Dr Puah is well known for being a good listener and his caring approach towards his patients. He has excellent bedside manners and is known to his patients as a friendly and humble doctor.
