FLYING IN FOR COSMETIC TREATMENTS?

More and more people are travelling out of their country to seek cosmetic surgery.  At Amaris B Clinic, we regularly see people from all over the world for cosmetic enhancement.  If you are thinking of travelling out of your country for a little nip & tuck , here's how to:

DROP US AN EMAIL

All you have to do is to drop us an email with your concerns, medical history and photos of your current conditions and our doctor will carry out a brief e-assessment and advise you on the appropriate treatment that is right for you.  An estimated costing, details of the procedure and pre-surgery preparation such as blood investigations or X-rays (if any is required) will be advised.     

FLYING IN

Once you have decided to fly in for the procedure, simply provide us with your date of travel, and flight information so that our patient coordinator can help you to organise a consultation date with our doctor (normally 24 to 48 hours prior to actual procedure date). We want you to well-informed and know thoroughly what your surgery entails, so don't be shy in asking questions during your visit.  

It is advisable to plan on staying in Singapore for 5-7 days for the surgery.  On the day after surgery, you will feel tired and groggy, so plan on getting plenty of rests.  By the 3rd or 4th day, you should feel more energetic.  If you are up for some shopping adventure, visit Bugis Junction or walk along Haji Lane and Arab Street to enjoy a different shopping experience with plenty to see, eat and shop.  Typically, 5-6 days after surgery, you will meet with the doctor for another follow-up appointment before you fly back home.

TRAVELLING WITH A PARTNER

We encourage you to travel with a friend/family member who can help take care of you after the procedure; however, should that not be possible, we have caring staff members who will help you through every process. 

PICK YOUR ACCOMODATION

We are conveniently located within the popular tourist area, Arab Street.  You can choose to stay at Landmark Village Hotel (previously known as Golden Landmark) which is located directly  opposite our clinic.  Alternatively, you may opt for Intercontinental Singapore, Singapore's Peranakan-style hotel that is 5 to 10 minutes of walking distance to our place.
